The initial consultation is over the phone or by email, where we will discuss your soft furnishing requirements and your budget. We will run through how many windows you require coverings for and if you require any hardware and installation service. I will also advise on my current lead time.
You can at this stage provide rough measurements which will allow me to give you a guide price based on using an average priced fabric.
You will then be invited to visit my studio where you can browse my extensive fabric book library at your leisure, as well as trimmings and accessories to compliment your finished look. We will run through the finer details of your order and will look at the curtain and blind displays throughout the studio so you will see in person the different options available to you.
Take a seat, relax with a complimentary tea or coffee and enjoy looking through the various fabric choices available. Please do give me a call to book an appointment to ensure I will be available to see you.
I will visit your home/premises and offer advice on the best treatments suitable for your window/s. I will also take into consideration how the treatments will fit onto the window/space and offer advice where necessary on correct fixings/functionality of these.
I will also bring the selection of fabric choices which would have been pre-selected during the studio appointment.
Once we have discussed in detail your soft furnishings and fabric choices, I will put together a quotation for you, which you should receive within a few working days from the site consultation.
Should you wish to proceed with the work, you will need to accept the estimate and confirm via phone or email.
A deposit of 40% is required to secure your order. It is then added to my work schedule and the required materials ordered. You will be kept up to date with the process of your order and given a timescale of when your new soft furnishings will be ready to be installed.
